Point Mallard Event Center Interior Renovation
City of Decatur Bid #25-010
City of Decatur, Alabama is seeking sealed bids for the Interior Renovation of the Point Mallard Event Center located at Point Mallard Park, 2901 Point Mallard Circle SE, in Decatur, Alabama, 35601.
Construction renovation for the Event Center will includes a new slab for the event space, new bathrooms, renovation of existing bathrooms and other existing spaces. Mechanical renovation has already been completed.
Bidder instructions are included in the bid package. Bid packages may be obtained from the Architect by request after January 31, 2025.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. CDT, Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the Architects office, located at 709 Bank Street, Decatur, AL 35601.
The bids will be opened and read aloud at the City of Decatur Purchasing Department Office, located at 701 Railroad Street NE, Suite B - Train Depot, Decatur, AL 35601 at 2:00 P.M. CDT on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
