pre-bid meeting to submit a bid.

Plan Holders will receive electronic notifications for project updates such as addendums and general information.
If the bidder does not request to be added to plan holders list, they will be responsible for checking the website for
updates to the project. The documents created through this electronic bid procedure are supported by BDW Architects.
For getting printed sets:
If bidders require printed sets, the bidder shall submit to the point of contact jraines@bdwarchitects.com the companies
name, contact person's information and a deposit of $150.00. The deposit shall be refunded for each set returned in
reusable condition within ten days after the bid opening.
