Building improvements/upgrades including new architectural shingle roof over existing (sloped) wood trusses. New TPO roof system over existing flat roof area. New windows and exterior doors. New Plumbing rough-in and new electrical exterior lighting and security. Add Alternates number one (1) through five (5) are included.
