Lawn Care to include: mowing, edging, weed-eating, and blowing/removal of trash and debris after each service - twice per month during the months of Mar - Sept - Approximately 10 services - billed at $xxx per service. The Alabama Department of Public Health seeks a provider to perform lawn care services. Services to include: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and removal of debris. Service will be completed on a "semi-monthly" basis. At the beginning of each month, Public Health personnel will contact the awarded vendor to schedule service for that month. The vendor will be provided a two-hour window on the appointment day. Any service performed without notification will not be approved for payment. Quote should be submitted as per service amount. The awarded vendor must supply all chemicals, materials, and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, vehicles, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor.
