Janitorial Services For the period 2/01/25 thru 9/30/25 *** Janitorial Services in accordance with specifications attached to solicitation document - 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) - services should be completed during the hours of 2:00 pm to 4 pm - approximately. ADPH will furnish paper products, trash bags, and soap. Awarded vendor to supply all other chemicals, materials, and/or equipment to complete these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. In order to properly quote this service (square footage, etc), a site visit is MANDATORY. Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered. Site visit are via appointment only for this round.
