The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, firm-fixed-price contract for three (3) custom manufactured, mobile, armored magazines designed to protect high-speed camera equipment. The Government intends to negotiate with a Brand Name Or Equal source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only Brand name or equal product will work. No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice will be distributed solely through the SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332311: Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing; and the Product Service Code is 5410: Prefabricated and Portable Buildings.
