All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Empty and haul off existing filter sand. •Replace laterals and hub inside filter. •Fill filter with Ruby Sand only. Plumbing Specs: •All pipes and fittings will be schedule 40 PVC. All plumbing should be pressure tested throughout construction. Steel Specs: •Steel should be figured by a professional structural engineer. NOTE: • All plumbing and pool equipment must be in accordance with local health department regulations.• Proposal must include all design fees, engineering fees, permit fees, and licenses. • Vendor must be fully licensed and insured.• Vendor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and debris free work area. Material may be stored at the pool in an orderly manner. All trash must be placed in onsite dumpster.
