Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Required Item Maintenance 3 Boilers Service and inspect 3 boilers located at Lake Guntersville State Park. Service includes for each boiler: inspect boiler area twice a year, verify that boiler is free of any combustible materials such as gasoline and other flammable vapors, verify that air intake is free on any contaminants; inspect boiler interior; clean condensate trap; check all plumbing in boiler room that is connected to boilers for leaks; visually inspect the entire flue gas venting system and piping for blockages, deterioration or leakage; check expansion tank and fill water meter; check boiler relief valve; inspect ignition and flame sense electrodes; check ignition ground wiring; check heat exchanger and clean; if needed; check boiler wiring; check burner flame and clean if needed; check flame signal; perform combustion analysis.
