Lighting Assessment and Identification Refer to Specification! One-Time trip to Identify the supplies needed for replacement to restore lighting at the Autauga County DHR Office.The technician shall inspect and determine whether the streetlight poles have an electrical issue or if they only require bulb replacement.The technician shall inspect and determine the quantity and types of bulbs, ballasts, drivers, and other materials that need replacement.The technician's standard hourly labor rate includes travel to and from the site, all trip charges, mileage, supplies, labor, fees, permit fees (if applicable), lift truck rental, and any other necessary costs to complete the work as specified.Office hours for service are Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime, weekends, and holidays are not included.All work shall be completed in a single trip.Shall be completed in January 2025.Payment terms: Net 30 (thirty) paid in arrears after completion of work, no invoicing prior to completion of service.
