Washington Co Qtr cleaning w/o wax Janitorial Quarterly Cleaning Service Without Floor WaxingRequirements for Winter/SummerAwarded Vendor to perform services in accordance with specifications, terms, and conditions.Vendor must provide enough employees and time to adequately fulfill cleaning requirements.Vendor required to use sign-in sheet and service checklist for daily and quarterly cleaning requirements.Unit Price represents the price per job, per quarterly cleaning without floor waxing.Two quarterly cleaning services without floor wax are required:• Winter Quarter (Jan - Mar)• Summer Quarter (July - Sept)(See specifications for cleaning requirements without waxing).Vendor to schedule quarterly service dates with POC at DHR office.7-day advance notice is required with POC prior to performing quarterly services. Quarterly cleaning service must be performed prior to each quarter’s end date (March 31, Sept 30).NOTE: Floor waxing is not a requirement during these two quarter sessions. Floors that require waxing in non-carpeted areas will not be waxed. For flooring types such as luxury vinyl tile, vinyl composite tile, and ceramic tile, these must be vacuumed, cleaned, and sanitized instead of receiving waxing.PO Payment Term: Net 30 days, paid in arrears after service completion. No invoice shall be accepted prior to completion of service.
