Pressure Washing must be performed per specification:• Pressure washing of building, door handles, port cochere front of bldg. floor and posts, back patio floor & posts, curbs, and sidewalks. Building is brick. • Concreate on main bldg. front porch floor, main bldg. patio floor & posts, sidewalks, curbs, portion of playground, and the six (6) additional porch floors.• Soft wash four (4 ea.) picnic tables (teakwood), four light fixtures under back patio, and 2 Patio ceiling fans• Protective measures shall be used for covering items when cleaning around card readers and metal can lights attached to building. Metal can lights are to be soft washed.• Removal of all cob webs and dirt dauber nests • DHR shall supply water from building outside faucets.• Vendor provides everything needed for the job.• Vendor must coordinate work schedule with county office. • Work schedule, M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm C.S.T.• Upon completion of work, vendor shall meet with Director or POC Pamela Blowe to review performance completion to specification.• Vendor shall provide clean up after completion of work to assure work area is left clean.Payment Terms: Net 30, paid in arrears after completion of service.
