The City of Tuscaloosa seeks the services of a professional firm that has the knowledge, experience, and expertise to perform the services as requested. The firm must be able to perform the following types of services upon request from the City: Professional architectural and related services improvements to the Environmental Services Plant Building to include an expansion of the building, relocation of above ground fuel stations and modifications to storage stalls. Scope will include basic architectural and design services, 3D renderings, schematic and final drawings, plans and specifications, estimates of construction costs, bid phase services and services during construction. Additional professional services may also include studies, investigations, evaluations, and engineering services such as sitework if required.
