Assist with pre-award activities, including grant research, application preparation, and budget development Provide post-award grant management, including compliance monitoring, financial reporting, and performance tracking Prepare and submit required progress reports and financial reports to funding agencies Assist with grant closeout activities and final reporting Provide training and technical assistance to EARPDC staff on grant management best practices Develop grant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Assist with sub-recipient monitoring as needed Required Qualifications Qualified consultants must demonstrate: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal and state grant administration In-depth knowledge of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance and other relevant federal regulations Proven experience with economic development, community development, and infrastructure grants Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
