Demo and dispose of existing package unit and duct. 2. Install blank-offs in exterior wall at existing duct wall penetrations. 3. Install 48,000 BTU mini-split system. A. Locate new condensing unit just right of entrance door. B. Locate new air handling unit above storage closet just inside entrance. 4. Relocate electrical feed from demoed unit to new condensing unit. 5. Route new copper line set and electrical out and down the wall and provide cover.
