Madison Co DHR: One-time installation only for the interior of the building.• Madison County DHR has emergency lights requiring the installation of emergency ballasts.• Emergency Ballast Installation• Remove existing non-functional ballasts.• Install new emergency ballasts and regular ballasts that are on-site for designated fixtures.• Ensure proper wiring and secure installation for emergency operation compliance.• Restroom Light Switch Replacement• Remove and replace malfunctioning light switch in the restroom.• Ensure wiring and switch functionality comply with electrical standards. • Ensure all necessary wiring, fixtures, and components are properly installed for full functionality—not just bulb or ballast replacement.• Cleanup of work areas after installation.Installation locations and exact quantities shall be determined during the site visit. Materials to be installed mentioned in specification shall be supplied by DHR Madison Co. Office.• Unit price shall cover installation, ballast and bulb removal, light switch replacement and installation, and cleanup.• Debris, old ballasts, lamps, and bulbs shall be disposed of off-site.• Verify with POC that supplies are on-site before scheduling installation.• Quote shall include all costs, including trip charges, mileage, supplies, labor, permit fees (if applicable), lift trucks, and any additional amounts necessary to complete the work.• All vendors shall have a current license on file at the time of award and installation.• All work shall be completed in one trip and finished in April 2025.Payment terms:Net 30 paid in arrears after completion of service. No invoicing prior to completion of service.
