Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must submit a proposed design for the new website to ADEM for review and approval. The website must be designed around the existing ADEM logo and color scheme. The website design must be responsive such that it is functional and aesthetically pleasing on a wide variety of devices and screen sizes. The system must be performant in ADEM’s Microsoft Azure tenant. The website must have a robust search feature that enables visitors to easily find text information on the website, including text information stored in files within the website (PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.). The website must be ADA-compliant. The Content Management System must allow for draft previews of any posts or edits to the website. Scope of Work: The system must include a feature for the ADEM to manage notices of the following activities: News Releases; Administrative Orders; Permit Public Notices; General Events; Public Hearings; Public Meetings; Newsletters; Departmental Forms; Each notice must be associated with the following metadata: Web Publish Start Date; Web Publish End Date (optional)
