Testing of two wet systems (quarterly), Testing of wet stand pipe (annually), Testing of FM200 (semiannually), Testing of 7 backflows (annually), and Testing of 51 extinguishers (annually) to include any service charge/fees. Scope of work includes: Testing of suppression system per NFPA 2001, Testing of 2 wet sprinkler systems per NPFA 25, Function test on all flows, main drains, control valves, retard chambers, etc., Testing of 1 stand pipe system per NFPA 25 and 14, Testing of 51 fire extinguishers per NFPA 10, and Testing of all backflows per AWWA (7 total). Report to be provided upon completion. Supplier to include all materials, equipment, supplies, parts and labor to accomplish testing. NOTE: Supplier must be within 110 miles of facility location.
