Specifications include, but are not limited to: Instructor Led Training Extended Family for Kids and Extended Family for Life Training for ADOC Staff and Tutwiler Prison for Women Inmates over a 4-day training. Training to include: Day 1: ADOC Staff Training - Extended Family for Kids (EFK) Leader Training for 12-15 ADOC Staff on use of EFK Program Lessons within a correctional setting. Days 2-4: Training for 15-20, which includes select Tutwiler Inmates and ADOC staff; includes 16 Extended Family for Life Inmate Training Lessons, customized for inmates to use for their own personal growth. Instruction given to inmates on how they can teach these leadership lessons to their children during prison visits and other communications. Training includes all training materials and activity supplies, led by three Extended Family Trainers. Pricing is all inclusive. To Be Invoiced in Arrears. Awarded supplier must possess the ability to provide the Extended Family for Kids Curriculum, and all training material and lessons associated with the Extended Family for Life Inmate Training. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all specifications.
