The Firm will work with OST staff to develop a new OST website per the following: • Create a new design for the new OST website that properly reflects OST's services, initiatives, location, and content. • Develop flexible page templates that can be easily administered by OST using WordPress' Blocks editor and/or a drag-and-drop page builder • Create a site map and navigational structure based on a thorough understanding of OST's goals, audience needs, and current best practices. • Ensure mobile-responsive design and development for optimal viewing on mobile devices and tablets as well as standard desktops • Ensure full-site compliance to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements. • Review and improve methods for data capture (currently using online forms and static PDFs) • Review and improve methods for document organization, upload, searchability, and user access • Identify opportunities for improving the website's outreach to OST's varied audiences and its use as an internal tool for OST staff. • Implement 301 redirects so that “old” content URLs can be easily mapped to their “new” locations. • Provide ongoing website support and maintenance, including software updates at regular intervals (to be specified in the proposal) and staff support as needed. • Provide a detailed project budget, timeline, and hourly rate (if applicable) for for any costs and services contemplated by this RFP.
