23010 - Alaska Themed Summer Food Service at Pioneer Park

Pioneer Park is requesting proposals for a privately-owned company to operate and manage an Alaska themed indoor-outdoor restaurant facility. The successful proposer would be expected to enter into a lease with the Borough with an initial term of four (4) years with an option for five (5) four-year and 364-day renewals upon mutual agreement of the parties. Additionally, the successful proposer will be expected to promote the restaurant to residents and tourists, cross advertise the features Pioneer Park, and ensure opportunities for tourists to arrive at the park to continue the facility’s role as an “anchor tenant” for Pioneer Park.
