Specifications include, but are not limited to: DEHE conducts bi-annual meetings of the Construction project teams to disseminate information and provide essential training to enhance learning skills and knowledge regarding various construction issues. These meetings are generally held in late March/early April (Spring Conference) and late November/early December (Fall Conference). It is anticipated that 75 participants will attend these meetings with approximately 20 participants coming in from out of town and requiring guest room accommodations. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a multi-year agreement with a single host facility to provide these services. The first contracted conference is scheduled for March 24th through March 28th, 2025.
