Specifications include, but are not limited to: update website content and format to simplify and streamline the City’s website; improve functionality of website as a tool for residents to easily navigate to and access resources and information; design a website that is simple, modern, functional, and aligned with the City’s existing graphic standards manual; improve the capability of constituents to complete business (applications, form submission, payments, etc.) online; assess analytics of current website usage to migrate necessary content and improve access to most-used resources; improve content searchability; create staff guidelines and training materials to ensure departments can add and update content, and maintain design consistency.
