Provide professional review and evaluation services of eight already identified scenarios that include a mixture of options such as repairing and renovating a real estate asset, building a new real estate asset, or purchasing a new replacement real estate asset. The scenarios that will serve as the baseline for the project can be found in Attachment 5 The evaluation will include merits and constraints of each scenario, estimated timelines to completion, risks, and detailed estimated cost benefit analysis. The State will provide all necessary information to facilitate the Vendors’ work. Examples of such information include, but are not limited to, structural and mechanical assessments, appraisals, and repair estimates. The goal of the project is to have a detailed summary of each scenario. This summary will be presented by the State to the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority Board of Trustees for their review and decision making process.
