Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Municipality of Anchorage is requesting proposals from advertising, marketing, and communication agencies for digital, print, and media production, creation, and placement on an as required basis for all departments within the MOA. This includes both media creation and placement of general Municipal advertisements. Services for public information campaigns and initiatives for various municipal departments may include, but are not limited to graphic design, branding and messaging development, print and digital content creation, social media strategies, pamphlet and brochures, newsletters, script and speech writing, video production, photography, and other communications materials as assigned. Ad placements may include but is not limited to news and social media, radio, television, and web. The media chosen shall be appropriate for the message being communicated and shall be targeted for the specific demographic population requested. Advertising methods and content shall be approved by the PIO in writing (email is required). Work shall commence when a Municipality Purchase Order (PO) is issued.
