Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work shall consist of routine summer and winter maintenance of the Nikolai Airport (TWA) facility which includes Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities owned maintenance equipment, building structures, and roadways located on airport property unless otherwise designated. During the course of this agreement and in accord with the terms of this contract, the Contractor will coordinate with and take direction from the Department representative or his/her designee for the area as identified in the letter of “Notice to Proceed". This is an integrated contract between the Department and the Contractor. All other agreements, whether oral or written, are merged into this contract. This contract may only be amended in writing. This contract is severable, if one provision of this contract is found to be unenforceable; it shall not relieve the Contractor from performing all other provisions of this Contract.
