Conduct, prepare, and submit all applications, documents, and studies required to acquire a spaceport Reentry Site Operator License FAA Part 433 at the Sierra Vista Municipal Airport (“the Airport”). The Airport is a Joint-Use airport with the US Army’s Fort Huachuca Libby Army Airfield (LAAF). Task 1: Spaceport Application Processing Conduct all meetings and perform all FAA 433 licensure applications as the program manager; manage and oversee the tracking and status of all FAA 433 licensure progress, reports, and requirements; revise and complete all required documents and studies in support of FAA 433 application process to include FAA adjudication, revision, and document iteration. As part of the proposal, submissions should include a proposed timeline and the city understands that task process will be simultaneous and not linear.
