Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking detailed solicitations from ISP’s who are interested in submitting applications to the ACA to receive BEAD funding to provide internet service to all unserved, underserved, and community anchor institution as defined by ACA Volume I and Volume II proposals. Respondents should provide a comprehensive solicitation to demonstrate how they will approach the ACA BEAD program that will result in the highest possible successful program resulting in long term high quality, high capacity, and affordable broadband services for Navajo County. The respondents should include details concerning technology that will be deployed to meet the requirements of the BEAD program to serve all unserved, underserved and CAI locations. Preference will be given for the preferred technology utilizing fiber to the home. The program presented should also consider future opportunities for regional connections and partnership with neighboring Counties resulting in a resilient network serving all of northeast Arizona. The solicitations should include project cost and respondents proposed matching dollars to support selection by the ACA to provide service within Navajo County.
