The contracted behavioral health service provider will facilitate psychiatric service appointments, substance use disorder and medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) management, counseling, annual comprehensive assessments, provide technical assistance to primary care providers, support Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) evidencedbased screening for primary care, and behavioral health tech support. Services will include diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, illnesses, and prescribing and managing psychiatric and MOUD medications. They will work in an integrated care team, working with medical providers and support staff to collaborate to coordinate patient care. The behavioral health service will monitor their electronic health record for patient requests and will direct staff to address care needs.
