This is a sources sought announcement and is for market research purposes only. The 162nd Wing currently has a requirement for a Conference Venue in support of a Communications/Cyber Strategic Alignment Workshop (CSAW). The CSAW is conducted by NGB A2/6 to provide ANG Cyber and Communications units the latest training, resources and opportunities to successfully meet all mission requirements, safeguard regulatory compliance and ensure the effective stewardship of all ANG Information Technology in support of the warfighter and weapon systems. The Contractor must provide for the requested number of attendees’ meeting space, audio visual equipment, and meals/refreshments to accommodate one (1) event, ensure adequate space for learning, and meet the needs of the units within the Air National Guard. The Contractor shall provide a venue with meeting space rooms, audio-visual (screens, audio connections, computer hookups, and microphones), and space for community partners, parking, and service of meals/refreshments. The Contractor shall ensure there is a conducive learning environment/atmosphere at the event venue to support CSAW presentations and training. Contractor shall provide government personnel attending the event with quality accommodations and identified support services.
The venue is to be located within a 10-mile radius of Zip Code 85004 in the city of Phoenix, AZ.
The particulars of the project are as follows:

- Venue for approximately 320 attendees
- Meeting rooms with AV equipment
- Meals/refreshments
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722320 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $9M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S203. In order to do business with the Federal Government, businesses must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), the official website of the U.S. Government. There is no cost to use SAM.gov. Attached are instructions on how to register your business entity on SAM.gov and obtain a Unique Entity ID (UEI).

Interested parties wishing to compete on this project should reference the attached Statement of Work (SOW) in its entirety and return the Information Request Form via email no later than 10 April 2024 @ 1:00 PM Arizona time. In addition, interested vendors are required to provide a capability statement response which clearly evidences the ability to conform to all the performance requirements in the attached SOW within the specified timeframe.
