1. Purpose: The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) intends to establish a term contract for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, services, certifications, insurance, per diem, all applicable taxes, and all other items of expense required to calibrate DPS owned electronic test devices used for various purposes in troubleshooting and maintaining the State telecommunications network, in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work/specifications contained herein including such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to the solicitation’s due date and time. 2. Scope of Work: The calibration required for each instrument varies based on manufacturer recommendations (see Exhibit A for equipment list). Although most manufacturer recommendations suggest calibration every year, some items included can go longer between those calibrations.
