Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bisbee is seeking proposals for professional documentation consultancy services to guide the creation of a sustainable digital record of the Camp Naco Project. This includes the documentation of initial construction processes and community outreach events at Camp Naco for internal and external use and guiding the capacity-building within the NHA/Camp Naco team to continue these activities thereafter. To achieve this, the consultant/firm will work in consultation with NHA/Camp Naco team members and other key project stakeholders. The successful consultant/firm shall accomplish the following services: 1. Document significant on-location construction process and community outreach events (including oral histories) over the course of 12 months using high quality photos, videos (including drone photography/videography), and audio. 2. Create professionally edited products for internal and external use in marketing materials, social media, funding agency reporting, and as an enduring record of project progress and success. Unedited footage shall also be retained for future use by filmmakers and historians. 3. Guide the development of internal standards and procedures to train and build capacity within the NHA/Camp Naco team to sustain ongoing project and community documentation activities beyond the consultancy period. This includes consulting NHA/Camp Naco on equipment purchase specifications, visual storytelling guidelines, oral history interview questions, digital asset management guidelines, camera-to-cloud workflow procedures, and other industry best practices to be delivered through workshops and training materials.
