The scope of services is for the Contractors to conduct tenant improvements/repairs on homes within the Navajo Nation Indian Reservation Boundaries and according to the assessments completed by NNVA. The contractor's tenant improvements/repairs work will only be completed according to the work requested and approved by NNVA. The tenant improvements/repairs may vary from home to home. Services will include: the removal/construction of home porches for wheelchair-accessibility (ADA compliance), roofing repair/replacements, flooring repair/replacements, drywall repair/replacement, painting of the home interior, painting of the home exterior, exterior siding or panel repair/replacements, repair of crack or chipping stucco, window(s) repair/replacements, exterior and/or interior door repair/replacements, repair or installation of door & window trimmings, electrical lights and fixtures repairs/replacements, kitchen and/or restroom faucets repair/replacements, minor accessible interior plumbing pipe repairs/replacements, toilet bowl repair/replacements, removal and replace of bathtub with ADA compliant walk-in shower, water heater replacement, chimney repair/replacement/installation, wood/coal/pallet burning stove replacement/installation, and home weatherization work. Replacements/or installation of rain gutters and downspouts.
