Random leaks were occuring in women's locker room and the deperatment found that the current grout in the shower were not sealed thus causing leaks to the area. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full comliance with the Scope of Work, plans, drawings, and specification as defined in the solicitation.
