The City of Yuma desires to enter into an agreement for catering services to be held at the Yuma Art Center, 254 S. Main Street, Yuma, AZ. The catering will be divided into two weeks. The first week will be February 6,7, 8 and 9 and then the following week from February 13,14 and 15th, 2025. Dinner is served before the show, starting with the salad, bread and butter, then moving on to the entree and the dessert is served during intermission. The dinner consists of a salad, bread, and butter, entree will consist of beef or chicken, and a vegetarian option. Two sides one to be a starch and the other to be vegetables, to include a dessert. Vendor must provide all porcelain china and silverware. The dinner is served formal style, and the silverware is set before the doors open. All food should be prepared off site, and only served on site. Vendor must pick up all dirty plates, silverware and anything brought in for the catering and bring clean plates, silverware everyday services are rendered. Vendor must provide at least 2 servers to help clear the tables. The City of Yuma will require a meal testing before finalizing the final menu to be served.
