It is the intention of the Tucson Unified School District to purchase anti-freeze/coolant for District wide use. The quantities indicated for each item are the district’s best estimate of projected needs and are not guaranteed or implied. Successful vendor(s) will be paid for actual quantities ordered and received. Prices quoted are to be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid to the district location noted on the purchase order. The delivery of anti-freeze/coolant and pick-up of spent coolant will be on a bi-weekly basis at the 530 South Norris Avenue, 85719 locations, along with once a month at the 9300 East Broadway, 85710 and 4750 W. Jeffrey Road 85757 locations. The district has storage tanks and barrels at each location. Antifreeze/coolant will be delivered directly into storage tanks and barrels by vendor. Spent antifreeze/coolant will be removed on an “as-needed” basis. TUSD is requesting 180 day firm pricing on the items in this Invitation for Bid. All vendors shall guarantee full satisfaction of their products used or permit unsatisfactory product to be returned collect for full money refund. MDS sheets must be provided to the District Transportation Fleet Manager or his/her designated person before first delivery is made
