Contractor shall provide event security services using qualified personnel for events with up to 40,000 attendees. These services shall be provided on an as-needed basis, up to twenty-four (24) hours a day (overnights included), seven (7) days a week, including holidays for a variety of event types and sizes. Multiple City departments/divisions/sections will be utilizing this contract, including but not limited to: Parks, Recreation, and Community Facilities and the Department of Arts and Culture. In addition, this contract will serve the event security needs of all citywide special events. Examples include, but no limited to: Convention Center/Amphitheatre Amphitheatre Concerts Convention Center events (expos, trade shows, conferences, meetings, etc.) The Post Community Events Conferences Meetings Mesa Arts Center Indoor Concerts Festivals Outdoor events including concerts Art exhibits Special Events MLK Parade and Festival – January I Love Mesa Day – February/March Celebrate Mesa – April and October Mesa Music Festival – April Plaza Skate Party – June Arizona Celebration of Freedom – September Pow Wow – October Veterans’ Day Parade – November Merry Main Street – November, December, January
