Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to develop a long-term contract (up to five years) with a reasonable number of qualified firms to provide camp-style facilities and related services for Band, Science, Athletics, Pom and Cheer, Leadership, and other groups; • Provide lodging facilities for programs ranging from one night to one week in duration • Separate dorms for male and female students • Separate supervising adult room(s) adjacent to student rooms • Provide meals during the program. Daily meals should consist of three meals and two snacks (two meals per day should be hot meals) • Shower facilities with hot water • Phone, fax, and internet service available • Twenty-four-hour visible security • Non-staffed health office • Provide classes and activities offered
