5.1. Provide a toll-free number with technical assistance availability twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week to include holidays. 5.2. Have the ability to troubleshoot repairs over the phone. If the problem cannot be fixed. 5.2.1. If the electrocardiogram unit is inoperable, offeror will provide a replacement machine within three (3) days. 5.3. Provide electrocardiogram unit(s) with the following capabilities: 5.3.1. Print(s) out a waveform immediately upon its use. 5.3.2. Interpret and print out on the electrocardiogram unit within five (5) minutes of transmission to the offeror. 5.3.3. Print out a final permanent report. 5.3.3.1. All test results shall be stored with offeror for the duration of the contract and provided within four (4) hours of request. 5.3.4. Provide automatic STAT over-read on all abnormal electrocardiogram test(s). 5.3.4.1. The cardiologist’s STAT over-read(s) shall be scanned or otherwise electronically transmitted to the requesting entity within one (1) hour from the time of the request. 5.3.4.2. If questions remain, the cardiologist shall clarify findings telephonically. 5.4. Provide the cardiologist’s over-reads within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of request. 5.5. Notify Adobe Medical Staff thirty (30) days prior to any software changes. 5.6. Comply with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules, laws, and statues.
