The City of Buckeye is seeking Bids for the Fire Station 703 Fuel Tank Replacement. Bids will be received electronically no later than the due date of the solicitation in page one (1). Scope of Work: Due to growth, the City of Buckeye intends to upsize the size of the existing fuel tank at Fire Station 703. Due to the location of the site to a new City Hall East at the Landing, this site is experiencing increased fuel consumption. The proposed tank is to be 8,000 gallons. Bids shall include all labor, materials, permits, testing, sensors, and equipment for a complete system. The new 8,000-gallon tank is planned to be installed on the existing pad. No site work is anticipated to complete the installation. Coordination for installation will need to be closely detailed due to this being an active Fire Station responding to emergency calls. Work hours for the site generally starts at 7:00 A.M given its proximity to homes. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean working environment. The work should be closely coordinated with staff so as not to interrupt emergency operations.
