Structure demolition, selective demolition, materials, labor, transportation, security, temporary facilities, and other items identified in, or reasonably inferable from the Construction Drawings and Project Manual for the following: a. Site Improvements at the Flowing Wells USD District Office. Materials included in the new construction will be grading, paving, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel framing, steel decking, standing-seam metal roof panels, sheet metal flashing and trim, exterior painting, ground-set flagpoles, decorative metal fences and gates, irrigation, landscape, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. This work may be conducted during school session and as such the General Contractor shall make provisions for separating, with fencing and similar non-traversable barriers, the functioning school facilities including interior corridors, classrooms, exterior walkways and outdoor areas from all construction activities and areas, including but not limited to outdoor equipment, material storage, contractor parking, staging areas and equipment access routes.
