Paper-based tests will be available for candidates requiring accommodations. ● Test Site Development: Assist ADCRR in evaluating and developing suitable test site locations. ● Accommodations and Accessibility: Ensure compliance with ADA standards, providing assistive technologies and alternative formats such as Braille and large print. ● Scheduling and Candidate Management: Host a dedicated online scheduling platform, verify candidate eligibility, and register individuals for testing. ● Test Administration and Security: Offer training for proctors, maintain test security, and provide technical assistance for correctional facilities. ● Scoring and Results Reporting: Provide accurate, reliable scoring, and deliver test results within specified timeframes. Support electronic data transfer and real-time reporting for ADCRR. ● Data Ownership and Security: Maintain secure data systems, ensure ADCRR ownership of all data, and protect sensitive information in compliance with relevant laws and policies. ● Training: Deliver comprehensive training for ADCRR staff and test administrators, with ongoing support and updated training materials.
