The City owns and maintains a network of water, reclaimed water, stormwater, and wastewater facilities. Currently the City owns two (2) water treatment plants, three (3) water reclamation facilities, and approximately sixty (60) off-site facilities that include wells, recharge wells, reservoirs, booster pump stations, pressure reducing valve stations, and wastewater lift stations. Facility projects may include general construction work on any of the aforementioned City facilities including remote sites such as wells, booster pump stations, reservoirs, and wastewater lift stations. In addition, the resultant contract will be used to provide services for projects at our treatment facilities. Projects may include any or all of the additional Services; earthwork and landscaping, structural, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control, and any other related functions required. The successful Contractor, under the direction from the City, will be responsible for all aspects of construction and all phases of the project. The Contractor shall be responsible for professional quality, technical accuracy and coordination of all design, drawings, specifications, and all other construction services provided under the JOC.
