4.1. One (1) time State of Arizona general funds totaling $500,000.00 appropriated in fiscal year 2025 have been made available for a nonprofit organization that provides preventative health care services to low-income and underserved women and their families. 4.1.1. Funding is available through June 30, 2025. 4.1.2. Funds shall be fully encumbered and spent by June 30, 2025. 4.1.3. ADHS reserves the right to accept and award any application if it is determined to be in the best interest of the State. 4.1.4. ADHS reserves the right to award to multiple awards, at ADHS sole discretion. 4.2. Funding is subject to change based on: 4.2.1. Failure to spend budget funds efficiently. 4.2.2. Failure to comply with Grant requirements. 4.2.3. Changes in ADHS available funding.
