● Conduct building survey. ● Prepare 30%, 60%, and 95% plans, specification and estimate (PS&E) for historic preservation, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC design. ● Conduct a Preliminary Initial Site Assessment (PISA) and Lead/Asbestos Tests as required by Hazardous Materials ● Hire a qualified architectural historian to conduct research and draft a small report with their findings, and draft one consultation letter. ADOT HPT can draft the remaining letters in-house. ● Prepare NEPA Agency Scoping Letters – per FHWA final design cannot commence until a NEPA document is completed. ● Coordinate with the Tribe and other local agencies as required. ● Conduct management and administrative tasks including meetings, schedule updates, comment responses, etc.
