The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for paving of Pine Drive and View Drive in Prescott, Arizona; all in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Paving of View Drive shall be performed on a prepared base with a minimum fine grading effort needed. The project length is 3,442 feet on Pine Drive and 327 feet on View Drive. Major project work includes approximately: 1,326 cubic yards of roadway excavation; 7,525 square yards of subgrade preparation; 1,538 ton of asphaltic concrete (3-inch-thick mat); and 1,245 cubic yards of aggregate base. The project also includes a complete removal of an existing 18 feet span narrow bridge; and a construction of a new 25.5 feet long ADOT standard 8 feet by 8 feet RCBC double barrel box culvert with wingwalls, outlet apron and cut-off walls. Other associated work includes multiple driveway culvert installations and replacements, riprap placement, pavement matches, bridge guardrail installation, concrete sign base installation, and water valve adjustments. A traffic control plan and a SWPPP shall be proposed and implemented during construction. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
