Specifications include, but are not limited to: For the supply of licensed, unarmed, uniformed security guards, equipment, supplies, and supervision asnecessary to provide high quality security services for the City of Phoenix Water Services Department(WSD) and the City of Phoenix Public Transit Department  coordinated by the Police Transit Bureau(PTB). The initial term of the contract will be July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013. The successfulcontractor shall comply with all requirements of the Arizona Revised Status, Chapter 32-2601 throughChapter 32-2637, inclusive. Proposors who are not properly licensed with the Arizona State Departmentof Public Safety will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure all guards areproperly certified by the Arizona State Department of Public Safety throughout the term of this contract.Payment for services will be made according to an hourly rate provided in the submittal and will be madeper hour per position covered, not per person. The proposal must include the hourly rates for theservices of:WSD Security GuardsPTB Security Guards (to include field supervision services)WSD Field SupervisorsCosts of all other supervision, contract management, equipment, supplies, overhead, etc. shall beamortized and included into the above rates.
