The objective of this Request for Grant Application (RFGA), per the funded appropriation, is to provide funding to a community organization from within Santa Cruz County to provide commercial tobacco and electronic nicotine use education and prevention/cessation services in Santa Cruz County. This Contract will provide services to implement systems change within various organizations to increase the knowledge of the adverse health consequences for those using commercial tobacco/nicotine; increase referrals to cessation service; promote youth prevention; address emerging issues in tobacco/nicotine within communities; and educate community and local stakeholders about the tobacco control policies that impact their communities.
