Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University is requesting sealed Proposals from qualified firmsto furnish Northern Arizona University internal campus community with trademark licensed t-shirts and promotional products bearing the Northern Arizona University trademarks. Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) is the third-party licensing agent for Northern Arizona University. CLC is responsible for administering the licensees for the thirdparty permissions for suppliers and/or manufacturers, including but not limited to processing applications, collecting and distributing royalties, and ensuring proper trademark usage. 4.3.1. Successful Proposer must be able to provide a wide range of brands, materials, products clothing sizes and colors. 4.3.2. Indicate if the Proposer has a catalog and/or website for the purpose of viewing all items available to the University. 4.3.3. Successful Proposer must be able to provide showcased products as well as new items made available through the duration on the contract. 4.3.4. Successful Proposer to inform the University of quantity breaks for cost savings on catalog products. 4.3.5. Indicate the ability to provide product samples if requested by the University. 4.3.6. Describe the ability to provide: 4.3.6.1. High post-consumer recycled materials. 4.3.6.2. Readily recycle products. 4.3.6.3. Minimize packing and shipping materials. 4.3.6.4. Nontoxic dyes or inks 4.3.6.5. Food or Liquid containers that does not contain Phthalates and/or Bisphenol-A. 4.3.6.6. Durable, quality products.
