Maricopa County intends to award a single contract to a contractor to provide a web-based health care data warehouse and decision support system to the Maricopa County Benefits Trust to support its health information management goals. Contractor’s solution shall be a cloud-hosted third-party solution. Contractor services shall include actionable information, integrated tools, services, and project management and shall provide timely, detailed, secure and HIPAA-compliant access to data and analysis jointly from health care claims, pharmacy claims, and other benefits data sources. This effort will facilitate regular utilization monitoring, help identify trends and concerns, as well as aid in the design and evaluation of health plan options and strategic initiatives.
