Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of renovation of the existing Pinal County Library and constructing an addition that includes a community meeting room and public restrooms. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal County by Swan Architects and their Associated Firms. The work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Pinal County Facilities Management Director and of the Architect/Engineer of Record. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract; BUILDING INSULATION: Install insulation that is undamaged, dry, and unsoiled; Extend insulation in thickness indicated to envelop entire area to be insulated. Cut and fit tightly around obstructions and full voids with insulation. Remove projections that interfere with placement.; Install mineral-fiber, batt-type and/or blanket-type insulation according to the following requirements.: Use standard batt/blanket widths and lengths above ceiling systems; Place batt/blanket in cavities formed by framing members to produce a friction fit between edges of insulation and adjoining framing members.
